Is K-3801 compatible with every edgebanding machine?
No. Confirm feed format, melting system, application temperature, substrate, edge material and line speed first.
What temperature should we use?
The current TDS lists 180–200°C. Establish the final setting during a controlled machine trial.
Is the SGS report a K-3801 certificate?
No. It names a beige translucent hot melt adhesive sample, not model K-3801. Ask sales for written scope confirmation for your order and destination.
What should we send for matching?
Machine brand/model, adhesive feed format, board and edge material, line speed, operating temperature, current adhesive reference, failure mode and monthly quantity.
